• Orders within Kathmandu Valley are typically delivered within 1 business day.

• Orders outside Kathmandu Valley are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the location and logistics provider’s coverage.

• Delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

2. Shipping Partners

• We use third-party logistics providers to handle all shipments.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with tracking details (if applicable).

3. Delivery Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order value.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the logistics partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you for further instructions.

• If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Changes to Shipping Address

• If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched.
